Customer service from the servers was beyond horrible! My mother had to be seated because it took so long to get served..not because of the amount of people but because they just stopped waiting on people. They ran out of trays twice because they weren't bringing out but maybe 8 at a time. We stood waiting for trays over 20 minutes. Then once we got the trays they were our of most of the meats...no baked or fried chicken, not hardly anything. When I asked them could it be brought...read full review
