“Pizza was really good. Hot and correct. I ordered through the app and it was ready at the time stated. I drove to this location being the Pearl pizza hut has been messing up a lot lately. I gave 4 stars due to the parking lot is horrible and almost was not able to get through the drive thru!“

“I see alot of bad reviews from years ago. But CURRENTLY this is the BEST location in Jackson. That new manager do NOT play.. about that restaurant or them customers. He dont play with his staff. Of course there’s still going to be mistakes, they’re human, but he’s gone do whatever he gotta do to make it right rather its remaking the order and upsizing it at no additional charge, or giving u a huge credit for a future order. “The cook made my food with LOVE it seems ?... everything from the buttery crispy thin crust Pizza on down to the perfectly made garlic parmesan chicken and especially that extra special pizone that I only enjoyed for this first time was all delicious“
“I've only ordered about 4 times there, and I'm quite sure they don't overcook everything they serve, but my meat lovers pizza melt is always overcooked. It's so hard, you barely can enjoy it. One of the cooks told me it's because the crust is very thin. So I won't be ordering that anymore. But they get your orders prepared promptly and that's a good thing 😊😊“
