“So let me start by saying I am basing the number of start I'm giving on all of me experiences with this restaurant not just the one this week. However this review is about my service this week. I found that the cafeteria at work was serving food I did not care for so I ordered Uber eats and got Thai Time. I ordered something I normally get in the restaurant Tom Yung soup with shrimp add and something new the Thai BBQ pork. I will start with the good. The staff had the order ready quickly which allowed me to get my lunch early. The packaging was amazing everything was tightly sealed and nothing spilled not even the soup. They also included the required utensils. Now things start to go down hill. The soup was hot with same great tease I have come to love in the restaurant but the shrimp. The poor shrimp that I paid extra for there were only 2 and very over cooked. I was feeling sad so I turned to the pork. It was not really BBQ it looked and tasted more like prepackaged food with the fake grill marks. It was rubbery and not appetizing at all. The pork was served over a bed of lettuce with fresh cut tomatoes and cucumber. However they poured the hot Thai BBQ sauce over all of this making for a soppy wilted mess. Last was the only good food in this set the rice, it was the normal rice they serve but it was good. If had to rate them on this meal alone I would give them 2 stars at best. But I have dined in the restaurant Several times and enjoyed each meal. so I have given them the benefit of the doubt on this. I would say if you're planning to eat here go to the restaurant sit down and order a meal and enjoy it. If you need food delivered or picked up, I highly recommend you find a different location. As for the physical location, the restaurant is a bit tired and could use an update and some spring cleaning. This will not stop me from continuing to enjoy the good food and service I have received at this location, but it will stop me from ordering delivery or to go again.“
“First-time visitor here! We will definitely be back. The service was good, the atmosphere was good, and the food was delicious! You can sit inside or outside. When we visited, it was cold outside, but they have heaters at the table so it is not so bad. We ordered the spring rolls, Brussels, and Thai Fried Rice with chicken. It was soooo good. And they have a pick up window for call in orders OMG!!!Vegetarian options: I am a vegetarian and I at here for lunch with a friend.Parking: You may have to park on a different side of the building and walk.“
“Did an order pickup and they did not disappoint. Easy to order online and pay. The scheduled time to pick was 25 mins which makes sense since I ordered 6 items. I got there early and they managed to finish in 20mins. While I was waiting with my kid, one of the employees(maybe the owner) offered her a juice box on the house! Can't beat that service. Now to the food. All 6 items were Thailicious indeed. I usually judge Thai places by the Papaya salad, if they get that right then other dishes can't be bad. The side bowl of soup(maybe coco Tum Yum?) was perfect. Tried 4 Thai places so far and this is the best one. Will definitely come back. The photos were taken after we started eating already so don't mind the presentation.Parking: Same parking lot as PJ coffee.“
“The staff were so kind and helpful whenever I asked questions. My husband had the Red Curry and I ordered the Panang Curry. Both dishes were so flavorful and in large portions. We also ordered the fried cheese cake and were pleasantly surprised by the flavor and presentetion. We will definitely return to this restaurant.“
“This is my favorite restaurant in the area! The man who always serves us is a man of very few words but he truly cares for his customers and is very hard working! But besides that the food is always amazing and consistent (I believe it's made by his mom the owner!) ! We have never had a bad experience, and we go about 3 times a month! If you want a nice meal then definitely try this place out!!“
“Amazing family and amazing food. Best Thai food I've ever had! Definitely will be eating more! Try the papaya salad, must have, the Boba tea is so yummy and the blueberry cheesecake is to die for.P.s. my hubby isn't much of a sweet tea drinker, but he loved it there!Kid-friendliness: Great selection on their kids menu.“
“This was our first time to Jutamas, but it definitely will not be our last. Great atmosphere, efficient staff, and tasty Thai food. We sampled the fresh roll and crispy tofu for appetizers. They were both good. One of us had a curry and the other had Padi Thia. It was very hard to choose as all the dishes looked so good.“
“This place always looks dimly lit and seems like a hole in the wall but don’t pass it up!! The guy who works in there is always so sweet and friendly. He’s always on top of service. Food is great!! The pad see ew is my favorite. Sushi is good “
“I have eaten at Thai Tasty for over a decade. Best Thai food in Jackson. It is a small family owned and run place. The food has been consistently good over 10 years. They do a tremendous amount of to-go food. The Pad Thai is the most flavorful in the city. It is more “wet” than “dry” in terms of the sauce on it — which I love. It is tangy and and umami. The house curry is the other unsung hero at Thai Tasty — deliciousness in a bowl!I always recommend this place to Jackson newcomers. So worth a try!Kid-friendliness: Totally good to bring a kid.“
