Went for a birthday reservation and was told they had 2 waiters and that if we didn’t want to eat hibachi that we have walk down stairs to place a order, no one paid any attention to us or provided any service to us, also you have get on the elevator to go to the roof top, then claim 2 flights of stairs before you make it. We were moved down stairs where we sat for an hour and then was told the kitchen was closed and we only had a choice of hibachi or nothing. Never received...read full review
Service was terrible. Made reservations prior to arriving. Arrived at the restaurant one server said our table was given away another server just shrugged her shoulders like”oh well”! Was sat at a table that didn’t accommodate our party size. Sat there for almost a hour before getting up and walking out. No one ever acknowledged us. No drink orders were taken or anything. Just pulled off ! I made reservations for 9 pm...granted I made it at 9:10 or so the hostess and 2 other ppl chatted about seating me walked off and never returned...I was asked by a gentleman had I been served about 9:45 someone finally came to seat me and said that she thought I was just sitting there...never asked me what I was sitting there for like what ? finally got seated a hour later...was told by a server she'd bring menus...she brought a pitcher of water took menus to...read full review
