The slowest Chick-fil-A I’ve ever been to. Wait in the drive thru for 20 minutes get to the window and the order is still not ready for another 10-20 minutes.
Didn’t appreciate the lie this morning, I always order order a number 1 and swap the biscuit for a bun. This has been every Saturday just about for the past 9 years at locations across the southeast including this one and I have never ever had an issue or been told they cannot do this until this morning. I don't know what is going on but this is the second weekend in a row that we have had a bad experience, with this Saturday being the worst. Doors locked at 920, but sign says they close at 10pm. We ask if they are closed, we were told uhh well we are short handed. which we understand but there was at least 6 employees just in the front. I understand it was close to closing, and I understand being short handed. However, it should have been handled differently.. we didn't mind...read full review
