“Jack's hamburgers like always has the best customer service out of any fast food the customer service in Louisville Mississippi reminds you of how good the customer service is in Alabama because they don't play in Alabama but every restaurant you go to has excellent customer service they don't play down there in Alabama. so it was just a wonderful feeling when I walked into the jacks in Louisville Mississippi and got some food and had that great customer service experience that reminded me of Alabama and how good their customer service is there I'm glad that customer service is changing in this area it is truly a blessing. I will tell you the food is wonderful and you will have a great experience if you eat at the Jack's in Louisville.“

“This place was pretty cool. What makes it cool? The staff. They were awesome. They were even out of Dr Pepper and offered to go to the store and get one. I declined but that is customer service. Food was hot and good. Store and bathrooms were clean. I can't wait to go see them anytime I'm up that way.“
