“We had already been here twice. It would be an understatement to say that the sirloin steak I had ordered was substantial. It was really satisfying as a supper. The skillet and raisin bread were also excellent. Our entire group enjoyed their meals very much. We bought ice cream and an apple pie one evening. A must-visit restaurant. The service was also excellent.“
“This place is a hidden gem. Small Buffet line or order off the menu. Husband got the rib tips dinner with 2 sides and drink. $10.50 fried okra and onion rings. All good. He shared with me and still had leftovers. I had the pork chop sandwich $4.99 really good. Fresh fried real pork chop. Rib tips (Friday only) were moist and smoky and extremely generous portion. My only complaint they were out of the fried green tomatoes. So sad. During the week they have other specials ie Fried chicken, meat loaf, spaghetti with meat sauce etc ,etc. Breakfast all day. Hamburgers if that will satisfy you. And catfish of course. This is the Delta after all.. Really nice friendly folks too. Clean and well worth a drive in the country or detour if you will be nearby.“
“Bumpers is this generations (and previous generations) best fast-food joint. Their food is immaculate and considerably better than the likes of McDonalds or Wendy’s, or any other popular food chain. You could compare them to Sonic by their appearance sure, but deep within a great fire is burning within Bumpers much hotter than Sonics. I would highly recommend Bumpers for their aesthetic, food, staff, and the fact that their milkshake is thicker than m’ lady.“

“This is a GREAT place, the food is well deserved. Great customer service,food and the atmosphere is great too. Mom loves their seafood dishes. I often take her and brother some at the Nursing home. Chubby burgers has great ppls who care about the customers. 5 stars across the board from me.“
