“Mobile ordering was on point and quick! Whoever setup their system should get a raise! As I was waiting the drive through was just as quick. This was at lunch time and the busiest time of the day! I am very impressed!“

The biscuit shown on the ad beside the speaker looked so good, but was nothing even close to what I expected, and I was disappointed. My poodle seemed to enjoy it, though!“

“Our food was hot and delicious. The sliders had plenty of meat on them. Our shakes were great. Service was slow but that's understandable and they were very friendly and apologized. The water had a strange taste. Overall a great experience.“

I just can’t tell you how happy it makes me feel to be able to dine in an establishment in Meridian and not feel like I have bothered the server for placing an order. “Great service from Chantel! I enjoyed a Cajun chicken tray with cheese bites and a Walking Taco (her suggestion- it was excellent). Chicken was juicy. Not a lot of cheese bites, but for the price the tray left me full and satisfied. Will visit again.“

“Fries were a little crispy but the sweet tea was actually drinkable unlike other locations I've had recently.

Kid-friendliness: One of the last locations that still has a play place. It's dull like all of the other stores but it's still nice and clean.“

“When we went, one employee met us at the door and said there were only 2 people working that day; so we could not go inside. Drive through only. We had a big order with several special requests. Service was a little slow, but they got the order 100% right! I was really surprised and very pleased. The food was good and hot. Will go back again.“

“Got an attitude with my mother when they asked her to speak up and she did so. (Saying they had kids inside, but the lobby has been closed since the beginning of covid lock down. Is it a daycare now?) They then threatened to put hands on her and tried to fight her after words were exchanged. One of the employees was hanging out of the drivethru window as my mother pulled away with my youngest sibling also in the car. Horrible service, horrible attitudes, and an unsafe environment. Highly not reccomended. Not to mention how unclean it is there, and how lazy everyone that works there is. DQ in meridian just needs to close. I'm posting this review everywhere possible.“

“I normally go to this particular one at night bc the night staff have great customer service. They're quick and friendly, plus they complete my order correctly each time. They normally will ask if I need anything bc sometimes I will forget things when placing my mobile order. I usually don't get this kind of service outside of Chik-fil-A lol“

“A decent place to pick up some quick food. Sometimes they skimp on the sauce, but it's not every time. We use it often.

Wheelchair accessibility: They do have handicapped parking directly in front, although a lot of people who aren't disabled park there or block those spots by parking right behind them. If you are in this town, just know most people don't fall the road laws, barely use blinkers, and park where ever they stop lol. Just accept it ?.“

“Everything is great except for that LOUD music... add that to the busy talk of staff working to fill orders on a busy day, it's deafening. For dine in it's difficult trying to hear conversations of your party.
I will return because of the food and service but will take ear plugs:)
