Really disappointed. My husband went by to get me a biscuit this morning. We hardly ever get fast food. The biscuit is completely burnt, the cheese is brittle and dry. The cheese is literally breaking off and crumbles and the egg is also dried out. I honestly don’t know how the actual biscuit was put in a bag to be sold with how hard and burnt it is. The rest of it seems like it’s because it’s been left in the heating window waaaaaay too long. Maybe I’m more upset than I should be because I’m 28 weeks pregnant, but I was really looking forward to my biscuit this morning and had to throw it away instead. It wasn’t edible. Edit: My sweet husband has now insisted on going all the way back out and getting me a Jack’s biscuit, which are delicious. Morning saved.

I stopped by Hardee’s for lunch near the Naval Air Station in Meridian, and I have to say — this location blows the competition away! The service was super fast, incredibly friendly, and the food was hot and fresh. Taylor was awesome — welcoming, efficient, and really made the visit stand out.
Even with the lunchtime rush, everything was spotless — the restaurant was very clean, and the team kept things running like clockwork. The sweet tea was the best I’ve had anywhere, and I couldn’t resist grabbing a hand-scooped chocolate shake for the road — so creamy and delicious!
The value was excellent, and honestly, the experience felt more like a full-service restaurant than a fast food place. They even brought my food out to the table — WOW!
If you have not had a FRISCO burger, you have to try it. The bread was so good, the fries were hot and fresh and the tea was ice cold just like my granny made!!
Hardee’s Meridian team, you nailed it — friendly faces, fresh food, and top-notch service. I would give them 6 stars if I could!!!

Waited in drive through over fifteen minutes. Food was warm at best. Soda was cold enough. Music outside was so loud I could hardly hear server at window. And NO, I dont expect you to care.

Hardee’s in Meridian has greasy, disgusting breakfast food. Please, train your employees to use the appropriate amount of butter etc. I called to discuss the issue, and the manager hung up, on me! This is why Meridian is slowly dying on the vine. Poor customer service and a poor attitude. You won’t ever get my money, again!
