I would have given them a 5, however, I ordered a 3 piece strips and the young lady at the counter found the smallest steps she could find. I would have gone back but I didn't have time. Other than that, they were fast and friendly. **EDIT** Rod manager at Popeyes, went back in and he definitely corrected problem and made things right. Thank you Manager Rod.
