Taco Bell offers great customer service, especially at night, with quick and friendly staff who ensure orders are correct. Despite occasional mishaps like finding a hair in a burrito, the crew remains personable and funny. The drive-thru experience is pleasant, with fresh and hot food, although limited drink options. Overall, Taco Bell is stepping up its game with improved service and quality.
