Sonic Drive-In offers a mixed experience according to recent reviews. While some customers have reported cold fries and incorrect orders, others have praised the excellent customer service and great food. The carhop staff has received positive feedback for their attentiveness, although there have been complaints about unprofessional behavior, such as employees having loud arguments that disrupt the ordering process. Despite these occasional flaws, the restaurant seems to be making efforts to improve and ensure customer satisfaction.
