“We visited Restaurant 1818 while visiting Natchez. It is definitely the nicest restaurant we visited while there! The house is beautiful and the atmosphere was very nice! Our waiter, George, I think was great! They food was delicious and very well presented! Don't miss taking a stroll through the beautiful garden patio area in the back as well.“

Assured it would be coming soon with a n apology. Food came later and was delicious. Chicken was moist and tender.When handed the bill my husband eas assured the 4% Credit Card fee would not be charged since I paid with cash and would be removed at register. I took her word and did not check receipt. My dissapointed as we traveled out of town the Credit Card charge was on our receipt! I don’t know how many times this has happened but the person at the register needs to know it should not go on receipt if paying.“
