My daughter and I came in for dinner. She and I ordered a chicken strip basket and a shake. It took over 20 mins and when we did get it the whole thing was wrong. Not one thing but her shake was the wrong size and not the shake she asked for and they didn't have her chicken strip meal. Two customers that came in after she and I got their food before us. I will NEVER be back at this location.

Lunch service was extremely slow for inside customers.
Fries were dry, and chicken was too. No hotdogs buns, so chili dogs were served on white bread... there was a wait for food too, but the staff were friendly.

That was my first time having breakfast at dairy queen! Didn't know what I was expecting but it was good! Enjoy the variety of selections that was offer! Wish that every dairy queen offer breakfast nationwide!

The lady at the counter was nice but stayed in the back a lot. They didn't have change which wasn't a big deal but it's obvious that that was holding up customers. Finally she just gave me a full bill. Pretty obvious this place is poorly managed if it had a manager at all. Some lady said she had been waiting at least an hour and there wasn't really anyone dinning inside and most had their food already. I'll just say this no one in the back got in a hurry and it shows through wait times.I was there for 20 mins and got my food and my fries were luke warm and my burger was cold on top and soggy on bottom. The bread was tacky like they put it in the microwave and the meat was super dry. I was supposed to get a free shake but I didnt have time to wait any longer since I was on the road. Cmon DQ step up. This is ridiculous.

So today January 2, 2024 at 4:38pm I had the worst experience ever! The young lady who took the order was so rude and the girl who fix the drinks stayed frowned up and barely put ice in our cups then tried to charge extra for bacon they didn’t even have and kept my debit card. I was 10 miles away and had to turn around and get it. Plus the burgers were so sloppy! Never again! They should just shut down at this point!!!! I’m so disappointed I wish I could give a negative 5 stars ????????????
