I was Happy to try the Flamethrower Burger w/Fries,along with a Medium drink/Flurry(Awesome service worthy of 10,000/10,000 of awesomeness)
I paid and ordered two gift certificates. They were never sent to me when I contested the charge. It went for a couple months and they got their money, but I never got the gift certificates.
Pitiful service. Placed a mobile order. They clicked delivered on the app but didn’t bring it out. I called and a woman said “I’ll tell them you’re here.” Waited. Went in and waited forever to tell them I didn’t have my mobile order. They proceeded to tell me they were out of part of my order. But couldn’t call or walk out to tell me?
