I have loved this restaurant for years. Recently, I was so disappointed. I ordered the, ‘SEAFOOD” gumbo and a wedge salad. Even though I received a half of lettuce and a wedge, it was still good. The waitress did explain the gumbo comes with a dark roux and once she brings it to the table she cannot take it back nor take it off my tab. (Red flag). I was fine with that and I don’t mind trying new things. If I don’t care for it, then that’s on me, I will still pay my tab....read full review
Waited about 15 minutes after being sat at a table, never saw our waitress. Had plenty pass us by though. McDonald's has better service. Arrived about 3pm so not even during busy hours.
Yesterday we had a family party of 8 spending the day in Natchez. We had lunch at your establishment. My husband and I have been several times but wanted our family to experience your place. We were seated in the room with the oyster bar all the way to the right by the wall. Our server was a young black woman who was phenomenal and definitely took her job seriously.
