“I would've given 5 stars all the way but this store has messed up my order a few times. DON'T ORDER THRU THE APP AND GET IT DELIVERED. If you are missing anything from your order, you WILL NOT get a refund. You would have to go to the store to get your items. The people without a ride, would just have to deal with it and count it as a loss, because they have no way to the store. It is ridiculous. McDonald's cannot give refunds thru the app because it is privately owned. So if you want McDonald's delivered, order thru Doordash not the app, unless you want to make a trip to the restaurant to get your missing items.“
