Went by after shopping. It says they close at 10:00 but they closed 30 mins early. Which was disappointing because I was craving this. Shouldn’t close 30 mins before.

Piss poor service first and last time won’t be back the young lady who fixed our bowels was very rude barley addded meat on top of standing for I don’t know how long to be charged 40$ for little meat in my bowl but she seen a regular come in and loaded there bowls so not cool I will never be back ever again

The food was good and the service wasn't horrible but couldve been better. The last few times I've gone there i had to wait for someone to even acknowledge me. There were a lot of younger workers chatting about their out of work drama. They saw me but kept discussing their issues. One young man there was working the grill area and saw I wasn't helped. He said something to the other workers but they didn't care. He stopped what he was doing to take my order until one of the other ones stopped gossiping and decided to help us. After all that, they all ended up conversing with me and made sure my order was right and complete. I'll be eating here again in the future.

2 weekends in a row, I’ve walked in and didn’t even get acknowledged. The first weekend, on a Sunday after standing there for 10 minutes, I was finally told they were only doing online orders… What? They said I could wait but it would be at least 30 minutes. I left, went somewhere else, figured I’d give them a second chance. Went back this past Saturday, again, no acknowledgement. I stood there, for about 15 minutes before walking out. There’s no “Welcome to Moe’s,” and not even a “I’ll be right with you.” Three employees were trying to figure out how to properly wrap the gentleman before me’s burrito…. I’m not sure if they’re just short staffed, poorly trained or poorly managed but it’s a mess. Hopefully it’ll get better, there’s a competitor entering the area and they're just flat out better. I’d hate to lose our only Moe’s.

At most, there is only one person working the serving line and even then they wonder off to do other things. I routinely see other staff in the back that never come out to help serve. I have waited many times for the staff to fill online orders while multiple customers are standing in line waiting to be served. As much as I like to eat here I’m done. Not coming back.

Me and my fiance have been to this location several times and everything was alright at best but we went in today and a guy named William served us and we never had better food or a better experience. William was amazing and did our food perfect, we need more people like him in work places. 10 out of 10 would reccomenned.

Excessively long wait time due to lack of staff and some hanging out in the back to avoid assisting front line when it got busy. Customers waited in line for over 30 minutes while two people worked the serving line. Food was uncovered while flies were flying around, food looked liked it had been sitting out for long periods of time without being replenished, salsa bar was uncovered, old salsa, and nasty. It didn’t appear to have any form of adult supervision onsite to manage and make sure the lines were worked down and food was fresh. I like Moe’s but this will be my last visit if the service doesn’t improve.
