I always have a great experience at Moe’s! Lakin, the GM, is incredibly nice and helpful every time I visit. You can really tell she cares about the customers and the service. I’m always looking forward to coming back.

Some many great things I can say. The asst manager NaKeitha on duty was patient with me. My first time in, she described everything to me and told me about the rewards and Monday specials. This was the Olive Branch MS store and I will be going back. Thank you NaKeitha❤️🥰😊

Zy, created my Amazing, Wonderful burrito ! And the chicken club ranch quesadilla was also Outstanding ! The whole meal was beyond words. And Zy took it to beyond words ! Bravo Zulu !

Went by after shopping. It says they close at 10:00 but they closed 30 mins early. Which was disappointing because I was craving this. Shouldn’t close 30 mins before.

Piss poor service first and last time won’t be back the young lady who fixed our bowels was very rude barley addded meat on top of standing for I don’t know how long to be charged 40$ for little meat in my bowl but she seen a regular come in and loaded there bowls so not cool I will never be back ever again

The food was good and the service wasn't horrible but couldve been better. The last few times I've gone there i had to wait for someone to even acknowledge me. There were a lot of younger workers chatting about their out of work drama. They saw me but kept discussing their issues. One young man there was working the grill area and saw I wasn't helped. He said something to the other workers but they didn't care. He stopped what he was doing to take my order until one of the other ones stopped gossiping and decided to help us. After all that, they all ended up conversing with me and made sure my order was right and complete. I'll be eating here again in the future.

I went there a few times around 9 and they where closed even tho they don’t close til 10. I called and the same excuse is that they don’t have staff. That’s unprofessional so I stopped going.
