I had a wonderful experience ordering from Piccadilly! The food was delicious, and I was impressed with their exceptional customer service. After encountering a small issue, I decided to email the manager. To my delight, they were incredibly understanding and went above and beyond to make things right. It's refreshing to see a company that genuinely cares about their customers. I'm definitely looking forward to ordering from Piccadilly again in the future!
Went here last Sunday with my family and the server was cleaning around the food, so we had to wait to be served. The manager was rude and didn't want them to put out the good food until everything was gone or down to the end. Majority of the food looked old. The old pan of carrot souffle was taken out and a new pan was put in, but it was burned. Once they scooped out of the new pan, they put the old, cold, burned stuff on top of it to serve. Hi I am the general manager whom this young lady is speaking on. I would like to first began by saying I am food safety certified and is very aware of cross contamination. I can't believe if this was the case why didn't you just say sir are you going to change your gloves? I am very professional and it is my desire to serve the public safe food. I am a little disturbed that someone would take a shoe tie this far. We always use tongs when handling food and change gloves...
