It's just horrible! I ordered an 8pc meal with mac & cheese. I was told to choose another side because they were out of mac & cheese. I chose mashed potatoes and gravy. I pull to the window only to be told that they had no mashed potatoes and to pick something else. I went with the Cajun rice, only to hear the young lady yell, "Ewww who eats that"? Question if english is your primary language how are you still messing up people's orders? I can go to any popeyes in southern California full of people who are billugual and they will not only get my order correct but they will deliver it to me in a timely manner. This little girl out here forgot to give me my biscuits to go with my family meal but her hair and lashes was on fleek! Priorities are all screwed up here!
1. Take your “We’re open.” sign down if your dining room is not open!! Got out of the drive thru line to go inside, to find the door locked!
2. Your staff leaves a lot to be desired. They are rude, once you get their attention. They ignore you unless you get loud.
3. If you are as short staffed as your employees claim to be, how come I can clearly see 3 young ladies galavanting around the dining room. Your drive thru line, at this point, is all the way backed...read full review
