Potbelly is a great restaurant in Olive Branch. Many great choices of sandwiches, salads, soups and desserts at the counter. They also rotate seasonal choices with menu items. I've always been happy with cleanliness of the restaurant. Staff is always cordial & glad to assist with any desires during your visit. I recommend this restaurant to all that have never been here before. FYI....download the app because there are sandwich choices on there that are NOT posted on the menu. Never disappointed!

The prep guy was an older gentleman with a horrible attitude. It was my first time in and he was highly annoyed. Every time I added something on my sandwich he showed how much it pissed him off. Wont be returning.

My wife and I went there on 06-22-25 at approximately 3:30pm. As soon as we walked through the door, we quickly noticed how unfriendly the staff appeared to be. My wife ordered the wreck, chips, and drink. I ordered a cup of chicken pot pie. We made it home and started to eat, when I noticed the chicken pot pie was completely spoiled! My wife's sandwich had no cheese and only one piece of turkey and no other meats that were supposed to come on the sandwich. I had always wanted to try this place and now that I did, that will be the last time. Don't waist your hard earn money with establishments that hire worthless people who refuse to do their job properly.

Great place for a lunch date, nice atmosphere inside, food was just ok but only one server (Maddie) acted like she cared about customer service. A little on the pricey side. Won't go back, too many other sandwich places in the area for a repeat.

We ordered the new prime rib steak sandwich and it was disgusting! Literally the bread was sopping wet falling apart soon as I tried to open it even the paper fell apart! It was completely inedible. We also ordered the turkey. It was disgusting it was cheap bottom of the barrel turkey with no flavor at all! This was our first and last visit here it was so gross and such a waste of money!
