My wife and I went there on 06-22-25 at approximately 3:30pm. As soon as we walked through the door, we quickly noticed how unfriendly the staff appeared to be. My wife ordered the wreck, chips, and drink. I ordered a cup of chicken pot pie. We made it home and started to eat, when I noticed the chicken pot pie was completely spoiled! My wife's sandwich had no cheese and only one piece of turkey and no other meats that were supposed to come on the sandwich. I had always wanted to try this place and now that I did, that will be the last time. Don't waist your hard earn money with establishments that hire worthless people who refuse to do their job properly.

Great place for a lunch date, nice atmosphere inside, food was just ok but only one server (Maddie) acted like she cared about customer service. A little on the pricey side. Won't go back, too many other sandwich places in the area for a repeat.

We ordered the new prime rib steak sandwich and it was disgusting! Literally the bread was sopping wet falling apart soon as I tried to open it even the paper fell apart! It was completely inedible. We also ordered the turkey. It was disgusting it was cheap bottom of the barrel turkey with no flavor at all! This was our first and last visit here it was so gross and such a waste of money!

I visited this establishment for the first time a couple days ago and the customer service was great. I ordered a chicken club and it was pretty good and I ordered the broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was just ok not enough broccoli chunks in the soup. I definitely will be back to try another menu item.

Tuna, which may not be albacore, has so much salt in it that it burns your tongue. Called store. Rep claimed they make tuna salad themselves, but do not add salt. Either that’s a lie or someone she is unaware of is messing with the tuna. Not good either way. Also notice no cheese on sandwich.

I miss this chicago staple and when I found out they had an Olive Branch location I lost my marbles 😂 Telling ya, from the ingredients to the presentation, the service and food is always on point. Now I don't have to wait to visit Chicago to get my Wreck sandwich fix🤪

If I could have given it zero stars I would have. My husband ate there on 10/04/2024. Ordered his food and sat down and was immediately told, "We close at 8." He responded that he still had 10 minutes and was told that he only had 5. He took his sandwich and immediately left. Sandwich was awful. Will never be back and wouldn't recommend to anyone.
