These folks were the only restaurant that was open all regular hours during the ice storm that hit the mid south a few weeks ago. Hats off to the staff. That's what i call dedication to customer service.
How do I start??? I've been a customer of Top's bbq since I was a child with my parents. We live in Olive Branch, MS and I've had a problem every time I've ordered a bbq sandwich. Every time it had such HARD PIECES throughout & I cannot chew it! And I have ALL MY TEETH. Lol The only way to get around this to where it's descent, is to order ALL WHITE MEAT. Tonight we ordered through Grubhub and I tried to call store to request white meat and NO-ONE would ever answer the phone....read full review

Placed an online order here for pickup last night. Got home and realized I did not receive my bbq nachos. Also one of the fry orders literally had 6 fries. I live over 20 minutes away and didn't realize the error until I got home or I would have gone back. The food was okay but it stinks not getting what you ordered.
