I usually love this particular captain D's. Food is usually great even if service is slow. Tonight around 7:45 I go get my family dinner. Woman in drive thru was a little snippy but speaker box was only kinda working so I understood her frustration and she was perfectly nice at window. Was asked by different women to pull forward we were waiting on catfish. No problem fresh fish great!. I waited somewhere around 10 mins. Once again no problem. She brought food I drove home...

Hard to give a 5star rating at a fast food drive-thru!!! Hence the 4star!.Food is usually just fine, nicely cooked and hot.I have noticed they seem to be short staffed often over the last year ++. I asked the sweet lady working hard to get orders out and correctly, if I could help by calling her regional office. She seemed reluctant, as she continued to work getting our order out..I assured her I could tell she was doing her best as fast as she could and to not let anyone complaining...
