Lack basic customer service skills. My friends and I were treated like we were annoying to them just for asking for a menu. Prior to this incident I came regularly and recommended it to others. TERRIBLE SERVICE!
Our “waitress” only came to our table to take our food and drink orders and never came back. We sat at the table for two hours with no refills! At least half the menus wasn’t even available to order.
