Lone Star Steakhouse

Based off of other reviews I was hesitant to eat at this restaurant, I was pleasantly surprised with it overall. The food was very good, cooked exactly to request, and was hot and fresh. The waitress Kimberly was great, she was very attentive, knowledgeable, and paid special attention to my diet needs. Food was great. But very slow service and food. They had a party of 50 in the back area, but apparently were not prepared for the scheduled party AND regular Saturday business. But food drinks and atmosphere were great.

Went to Lone Star Steakhouse on Monday night, so it was not busy. We got a waitress that was not busy, either. I ordered a salad with no tomatoes. Got a salad with more tomatoes than my husband's salad. I looked around to ask her for another salad, but she was not on the floor.
