“On 11/09/2023 I was traveling back to Knoxville, Tennessee from Houston, Texas and stopped at this McDonald's around 4:30 a.m. Monique, who I assume is the manager, was walking inside the restaurant when I exited my vehicle. She let me know their lobby opened at 5:00 a.m. and I asked her if I could use their restroom. Without hesitation, she said,"you sure can." She let me in and also let me know their drive-through was open. She was so nice, and friendly and was a great person to encounter on my long ride home. In addition to friendly service, the sausage egg biscuit and coffee I purchased were really good. Would you please thank Monique again for her kindness and recognize her for her outstanding performance. You are very fortunate to have her on your payroll. The next time I'm driving through Picayune, Mississippi, I'll be sure to stop at this McDonald's again.“
