We planned and made the trip to Lou’s on 10/19. We LOVED Lou’s in Jackson, so we were so excited to try the new full serve location. The food was NOT the same. If you are expecting the same flavors and food quality as the Belhaven location was… don’t. The teres major and bread pudding have always been our favorite meal - they were both awful this time. They serve the meat with potato salad now (????) and the bread pudding came with a different ice cream and was cold. Not...

My family went there for lunch today. The place had quite a few customers inside and out, but our order came to our table rather quickly. All of the food was fantastic! The shrimp roll with the buttery grilled roll and creamy cold shrimp salad was a delight. The homemade chips were amazingly crisp. Glad to say we have a new restaurant option to look forward to in Ridgeland.

This was the best burger I’ve had in AWHILE. My husband and I split a smash burger and fries. Soft,
Pillowy brioche bun, double patty with the perfect crispy burnt edges. It tasted so fresh and homemade. The place is also vibrant, friendly and sleekly modern. Highly recommend.
Side note: the Mexican street corn appetizer was just okay.
