My coffee hot was served to me cold . My taste more like milk than coffee I was very disappointed So asked the young lady at the window could she heat the coffee up she took over 30 minutes to bring my coffee back to the window no napkins
First time customers. Less than friendly “greeting” from across the coffee shop asking us to leave for their staff meeting. This was an hour prior to their normal closing time (no signage posted on the door/at the register nor mention of said staff meeting prior to this). Felt this could have been communicated a little more politely to paying customers. Not to mention the caramel hot chocolate was also not very good at all - had a sour aftertaste.
