I don’t expect you guys to be perfect everytime, but come on if you didn’t understand what I said, just ask. I got home just for my coffee to taste like water. ?I had to repeat my order which was fine but once I got to the window I got the wrong coffee she was was sweet and fixed it but just to get it and it still wasn’t right, there was no one in line but me so I don’t know why she was rushing, it wouldn’t have hurt to actually remake it.
The baristas lack customer service skills and the service is always slow due to the lack of staff. This location is also practically out of an item or more almost every time I visit.I purposely avoid this location unless it’s the absolute last option. And each visit after next consistently proves what my leading statement says to be true.

Ordered online 15 minutes before my arrival and then because of construction only drive thru open and they had no alternative way or notice for online ordering. Now, without ability to cancel payment, I’m late for my day even with a 30 minute head start. Severely disappointed in the organization and notice. Took 34 minutes to receive my drink.
