Just went to Zaxbys here in Senatobia ordered my food and provided them with the requested sauce that I was charged extra for. Get home the chicken on the sandwiches are so old they are like chewing on rubber. The food was no where near fresh. It was quite disgusting. We waited for what seemed like forever for the food. Based on the reviews, Zaxbys Chicken Fingers & Buffalo Wings has good food but sometimes gets orders wrong, like missing a drink. The chicken was some of the best chicken ever ate, but other times the fingers were small and poor quality. The food isn't as good as it used to be. The special sauce is not as good as Raising Cane's, but they have fun options like the Veggie Egg Rolls and the Sweet & Sour Sauce is fire. Service can be great and very good, with amazing speed of service where a name was called about 10 seconds later. However, the facility was messy around the drink station with straw wrappers and junk scattered around. The drive through service is great, but another Zaxby's location is better.
