Great food, clean environment, attentive and polite staff!! They’ve been out of Diet Coke for several days in the dining room but asked me to give them my cup and they filled it in the kitchen and I was very touched by that—most other workers would say “sorry, don’t have it” and let it be.We also convinced our Northern friend to give the restaurant a second chance after a bad first experience and she was so very glad she did! “Yeah I would DEFINITELY eat this again!”
GREAT FOOD AND WONDERFUL CUSTOMER SERVICE! Went to dine in and the manager was so nice they made sure my family had their plates, plenty of napkins, etc. The food was hot and so good. This is the best Zaxby's I've ever been to. They never disappoint!Kid-friendliness: Nice laid back environment.

It would've been 5 stars, but the cashier said she knew my 10 y/o daughter's sandwich was missing from our order when we received it. She said they were holding on it. Okay, no problem. After 15 minutes of waiting, while she took multiple orders in the dining room and gave all of them their food and cleared a drive-thru line full of cars, she finally asked the kitchen about the sandwich.
