Came up there tonight with a group of 14 high schoolers after I reserved 2 lanes already, only to be turned away at the door because they were under 18. Nowhere on their website says anything about it. I had a bunch of disappointed kids
I've never ever in my life done business with a company that had such a rude and mean professional at the main counter to deal with paying customers. He will talk to you like garbage even though you booked a birthday party for 499.00. You ask over and over to speak to his manager and he refuses. Someone needs to do something about him before business goes down further than you can bring back up.
