Starkville Cafe Reviews
Don't tell my mom but this food might be better than hers.
We finally were able to have supper at the cafe tonight and everything was delicious! I had the special, fried catfish & shrimp and my wife had the fried shrimp plate.
The food was fresh & hot, the prices are reasonable and the service was great. Although we have always loved the Starkville Cafe for breakfast, brunch and lunch, it’s also great to have the option for supper time! Thanks so much! ♥️
Unfortunately everything we ordered had something wrong with it. Got eggs and cheese, cheese wasn't melted much at all. Toast was very burnt, asked them to cook my sausage a little longer and was told they couldn't do it 'it was as cooked as it was going to get'
Wasn't a pleasant experience for me and my family.

Starkville Cafe is a classic diner filled with nostalgia and local pride. The food is delicious, especially the breakfast platters, which offer a taste of everything. The service is great and attentive. A unique touch is the "duck butter" syrup, a fun quirk worth trying. The cafe has an old man liars club, offering a Starkville meets Mayberry atmosphere. The breakfast is satisfying, the lunch is perfect, and the dinner is fuel to keep you going. Customers can try anything on the menu, such as the retro club sandwich, fries, tater tots, or sweet fries, as well as the country fried steak. The cafe recently catered an event for 100 foresters, providing BBQ brisket, chicken, and pulled pork, along with beans, slaw, and banana pudding, all within the stated budget, and received great feedback from the attendees.
