Suppose to come with breakfast they did not include. I’m a silver member I get 1/2 off breakfast would not honor. Room rate $147 I paid $197. Not helpful not friendly. Disappointed with staff, place was empty on a Friday night. Staff not knowledgeable with members benefits
There’s no hot water in the bathroom. And the restaurant food is terrible.
Stained/dirty carpet in the hallways. AC didn’t work properly in our room. It gave off a terrible odor. They moved us to a different room where the shower leaked the entire stay. Had to wait on clean towels. Quality has definitely deteriorated.
