“I had never visited Ribshack before and I was driving by to head towards the mall Monday night. I decided “why not?” then found myself at the ribshack. My waitress was named Jada and she was a spectacular waitress. She made sure my every need was fulfilled! For a first time customer she sure left a wonderful impression and I will be coming back again, hopefully with her as my waitress!“

“Was there for lunch while on a motorcycle ride from LA week of 4th of July 2023. Best ribs hands down I ever had! Jim and his staff are very friendly and had a lot of Elvis stories. Secluded little quaint restaurant in the heart of old down town. Highly recommend!“

“Great Food. People are very nice. Just hate that it does not show the right address. My friend told me about this place and the suite number is 704 so I was confused when I got in the mall.
Vegetarian options: Very good amount of food for just vegetables.“

“Arrived at 5:00 maybe 5-6 tables seated with 2-3 people at each, was told it was a 15 minute wait for a table?!?? Sat at the bar and got my order taken and served by bartender in just over 20 minutes, she was the only one Hustling in the out front crew.
When I was leaving just before 6:00 they were telling folks 30 minute wait for table with maybe 7-8 tables seated and bartender waiting 6 at the bar!??!!
There were 10-12 crew that I saw so didn’t seem to be short staffed!
In this economy businesses need to be taking care of customers better than this!
I have been involved in business over 60 years and spent over 40 years as a business traveler in 40 states and 3 countries so I know how a business should be operated.“
