I simply wanted to pick up my online order. I walked in at 12:15. The app showed it would be ready in 10-15 minutes. Orders were being called out as they were completed. At the time my order showed it was ready I asked about it. No, they said. It was a “couple of tickets back.” So I waited. More orders were called out. I waited.
