I wasn’t there for this visit, but this is my family we’re talking about — and I know they’re not the type to exaggerate or cause a scene. The way they were treated at Madden Crab in Tupelo is ridiculous and completely unacceptable. When you spend hundreds of dollars somewhere, the least you expect is decent service and a little respect. The crab legs and service was amazing!!! This was our first time eating here and we will definitely be coming back!!! The fried oysters and crawfish were amazing as well!!!
When to Madden Crab for birthday dinner, absolutely disappointed, the food was all cooked together, the crab flavor was lost in the over powering saugage, and the sauces also attributed to the poor flavor. Then if I go to a restaurant, paying $50.00 per plat, I expect to have the proper flat wear to eat it. Only flimsy plastic forks were provided. The chairs are extremely uncomfortable.
