“Was in town this last week and was stopping at a different donut shop in town. Co-worker pointed me here, and I wished I was going here from day 1.First. The coffee? Consistent, cheap, decent black coffee. Nothing fancy. No frappe, no espresso, at least from what I saw. Just black coffee, cream and sugar if you desire. I'd drink this daily without gripes. The kolache's. I got the boudin. They heat it up without asking, and it is worth it. I will say I like the kolache from the other shop. But not to say I disliked this one. I liked it alot, but did not care for boudin. I am not from the south, so chalk it up to that. But as soon as I tasted it, I recognized it from other creole dishes I've had. Still a good kolache. The donuts? WOW! Great selection, and something for everyone. The apple fritter and rasberry filled were fantastic.I'd go here often if I lived here. I will come back if I ever pass through here.“
“Located on the corner of Washington Street (Highway 61) and Grove Street. The coffee is excellent! Loved my coffee cake. The place is tiny, but I loved the eclectic vibe. We dined in and had a great time. The service is friendly. The shop is on the ground floor. The Attic Museum occupies the second floor.“
“This place is the best!!! We stopped in here on our road trip to Colorado. The ladies that served us were absolutely amazing. The coffee came out quick and was delicious! The food came out soon after the coffee and was super fresh. I will 100% stop by here again if we are ever passing through! They have an awesome atmosphere complete with books, games, and comfy couches! Do yourself a favor a swing in for a quick coffee and a bite to eat! You won’t regret it.“
“Grabbed some coffee on the way through Vicksburg. This seemed to be the most consistently good spot in the area. Plenty of parking, which was a big plus while traveling with a trailer. My oat milk iced latte was pretty tasty. It was better than many I've had lately. Not a top tier standout but solid good coffee. Although coffee snob hubby, on the other hand, was less impressed with this almond milk latte. It was seriously steaming hot for 30 minutes afterwards. He loves his strong "burnt tasting" coffee. As he drank the coffee he got less complimentary about it, to the point he started asking me to try it because it "doesn't even taste like coffee". So, for me, it def tasted like coffee. It did taste a bit watered down. Though the flavor wasn't bad. For what it's worth, if you're in a similar situation with a quad+ shot coffee coffee snob, they may not be satisfied. While you may have a less discerning palete, you (I) know what good coffee tastes like. And for me, it passed the test. The baked goods we got weren't super fresh but still tasted fine. Barista was friendly, place was clean and organized. Would rec if in the area.“
“Great place prices are very reasonable. We had the burger and club n they were great. The staff is very friendly. We went for breakfast, and it was awesome too. Ms. Stephanie is very friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. There is no need to eat outside the casino. This is a great spot. Thanks, Ms. Stephanie and the other people were great as well. See you alll soon.“
“Cafe Paradiso has become my top choice for quality Americanos and delightful caramel frappes. Their commitment to freshness is evident in every cup. Unlike its nearby competitor, Starbucks, which disappointingly ran out of frappe base at 5 pm, Cafe Paradiso consistently delivers on customer satisfaction. With an extensive range of flavor options for frappes, this local gem has earned its spot as my go-to coffee destination. Choosing Cafe Paradiso ensures you'll receive exactly what you desire, making it a decision you won't regret. Support local businesses and savor the difference!“
“I don't often review McDonalds, but this one was so nice and clean that I thought it was important to let them know it was appreciated.I give them a "Clean Bathroom Award"!. We were driving all day and needed a coffee and potty break. We only had coffee and a Sundae and they were perfect. The restaurant decor is nicer than most McDonalds and the staff was friendly. There are outdoor picnic tables too!“
“Have been looking forward to visiting after seeing it featured on Chef Jean-Paul Bourgeois’s mini series “Timber Tour.” The shop did not disappoint and I’m already looking forward to the next time I get to visit. If you love good coffee and the great outdoors, this is a must visit if you are passing through Vicksburg.“
