We went to Loveys for dinner tonight. Not only was the food good, but the service was AMAZING. Ask for Camille; she’s great! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
The Char-Grilled oysters were amazing. The hamburger steak was cooked to perfection ❤️❤️❤️Fantastic service.
Where do I start? Well, I will start at the end of our visit. My husband requested to speak to the chef. The chef comes out and my husband asks to shake his hand, gives him a personal tip and praises his food. My husband has only done that one other time. We had a wonderful and attentive waitress, Alexis. We started with the Seafood Cakes for an appetizer. The plating was beautiful and the cakes and the "Smitty" sauce were oh so scrumptious! Lovey's Seafood & Grill offers great customer service and tasty food at affordable prices. The Mushroom Philly Cheese Steak and fries are highly recommended for vegetarians. The Seafood Cakes appetizer and "Smitty" sauce are standouts, and the homemade sauces can be purchased to take home. The Seafood Gumbo and Hilly City seafood pasta are highly recommended dishes, all made from scratch. Lovey's has a wonderful and attentive waitstaff. The creme sauce was a bit runny, but it tasted fine. The chef's skills and food quality are highly praised. This is a place to revisit, and the chef is high end.
