They absolutely suck!! Waited in line for 30 minutes. Did an online order then told us we had to come inside to get our food and refused to give it to us in the drive thru. Then we had to sit another 30 minutes just to get out of the drive thru because there's no where you can go to get out until the line is all the way through. Absolutely terrible service. Taco Bell, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Either fire your entire staff and start over or shut this place down. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before driving up to the window. Sat there for another 10 before someone finally "motioned" me to come inside. The manager acts lost and asks employees if their headsets are on, which they respond NO! Terrible customer service. If I could give negative stars I would.. I won't be back. Ever..

We didn't even get to order, it says on Google maps that they close at 3am it was 10:45 and they were sitting around talking and cleaning up but when we we t to the mic they said thelat they were closed. Not the first time it has happened.
