I ordered a cantina bowl it had no meat a small amount of rice just lettuce and sauces in bowl but I was charge the full amount. Server just get your money but have poor service.
I was not aware that Taco Bell was now requiring employees to pay for and provide the food that they are serving. Because that is the only reasonable explanation for why I ordered nachos and received a total of maybe six or seven chips that had been crushed into crumbs and why we received a total of five cinnamon twists in a half empty bag that were beyond stale. Absolutely disgusting experience. The restaurant was filthy, smelled terrible, and did not look remotely clean or hygienic. I went through the drive-thru on August 9 ,2026 around 8 PM and was told to wait 45 minutes. People were literally driving away from the line because they were so disappointed.
