Literally the slowest taco bell I've ever been too. They act like they don't care about doing orders in a timely manner.

We didn't even get to order, it says on Google maps that they close at 3am it was 10:45 and they were sitting around talking and cleaning up but when we we t to the mic they said thelat they were closed. Not the first time it has happened.

Absolutely terrible! I sat in the drive thru for 40 minutes. 40 MINUTES! The service was awful and the staff could care less. I will never come back here.

They absolutely suck!! Waited in line for 30 minutes. Did an online order then told us we had to come inside to get our food and refused to give it to us in the drive thru. Then we had to sit another 30 minutes just to get out of the drive thru because there's no where you can go to get out until the line is all the way through. The people are awful there they are always rude and take forever. Will not be back there ever again! I agree with the person who said they need to shut this place down or hire all new staff!

Absolutely terrible service. Taco Bell, you should be ashamed of yourselves. Either fire your entire staff and start over or shut this place down. I sat in the drive through for 20 minutes before driving up to the window. Sat there for another 10 before someone finally "motioned" me to come inside. The manager acts lost and asks employees if their headsets are on, which they respond NO! Terrible customer service. If I could give negative stars I would.. I won't be back. Ever..

Online said they was open & I also seen two workers hiding plus their car outside ! I mean if you don’t wanna work just quit. I don’t have gas to waste bc you don’t wanna work ??♀️. Needs to do
Terrible service!!!! Had a girl tell me “nah nah” when I asked if she got the three drinks I asked for them I said “what’s with the attitude* and she said kept that same energy at the window?? AND SHE DIDNT EVEN STAY AT THE WINDOW! Like what ???

I am a frequent customer of the Taco Bell in Clinton, MS, which has exceptional service. This Vicksburg location, however, is the most disfunctional I've ever seen. Customers are forced to use the kiosk if they order inside, and you can forget it if you want to pay with cash. No one will give you the time of day!

Put in mobile order and went to counter to check in so they could start making our order. She told me I had to wait in the drive through line. There was approximately 7 cars in line. Why do I have to do that I asked... got the response of that's how they doing the orders... makes no sense... finally after 30 min we got the food. The order was wrong and tasted likeS[]$t... will never return here.
