“It was pretty good.
You can tell everybody there sort of hates their job 😅 so the vibes aren’t great, but everybody was polite enough! It did seem like a friendly place for regulars and locals. But as a newcomer it felt like I was just giving them more unwanted work. Which I totally understand! But it’s regular 3 start service, and affects atmosphere a bit too
All good with the food. And they have a jukebox!“
“I've eaten at a fair number of WH. Depending on what time of the day you are there makes a difference. The morning shift is no doubt the ATeam. Waffle houses are set up to run efficiently with ease. The morning shift makes it look easy. Highly recommend.“
“Food was delicious. Waiter and cook working were great. My little one just wanted a waffle with chocolate chips on it. It came back looking like a butterfly. We had mentioned not knowing what grits are (they arent offered in my north state, that I've run into) they gave us a sample and talked us through different ways to eat it. It was all around a nice experience.“
“There was a lady on her phone screaming at someone hysterically. Very uncomfortable situation. No one (employee) did anything, eventhough there was armed security person outside.
Our waitress was very helpful and friendly.“
