“Our first time in Vicksburg and chose Anchuca for dinner. It was an extremely lovely experience from beginning to end. Our waiter Vickie treated us so well!! The food was excellent and very well prepared. We had the spicy shrimp appetizer, asparagus bisque, and seafood gumbo. Fabulous!!! Our entrees were chicken picatta, shrimp and grits, and lamb chops. All were perfectly prepared and tasty!! Before and after the dinner we toured the men's and women's parlors, the main dining room and the library ( where we ate). It is all beautifully decorated with great history. We live in Natchez and understand the importance of restoration of historical homes and really appreciated all of it. Our friend visiting from Washington DC, loved the experience!! We will keep you in mind for future visits and will recommend it to friends. Thank you!!“

“I hear it’s closing? Oh my lord. My son get my BDay dinner there since my 30s 68 now. Love the rib eye and fried shrimp. Well February my bd have to fix my self. Hope the best if closing. Had the time of my life there when younger. Best food was allways in that area.“

“I've been lucky to have shrimp and grits in Charleston, SC, and 10 South's blew them out of the water. Their Pimento cheese appetizer was also phenomenal, and I would have happily eaten it with a spoon. The view is gorgeous, and the background music wasn't too loud to have a conversation. Highly recommend heading here if you're in Vicksburg.“

“This is our second time stopping in Vicksburg, MS and wanted to try some place besides where we ate the last time we were here. Short wait to be seated. We came on Sunday, which in the reviews and on the website nothing stated there being a set menu, but was fine because the few options available our kids did like. Otherwise, if you have picky eaters I would call ahead to check the menu or see which days are select menus. Waitress was not very friendly, but the food was great. Would definitely come back.“

“So for lunch today I got The Honey Baked Ham Company. Featured is the Chicken Salad Sandwich on croissant bread, chips, Macadamia Cookie & Sweet tea. This was delicious. The best Chicken Salad I have ever had! I will definitely be a returning customer.“

“I've eaten at a fair number of WH. Depending on what time of the day you are there makes a difference. The morning shift is no doubt the ATeam. Waffle houses are set up to run efficiently with ease. The morning shift makes it look easy. Highly recommend.“
