“I ordered the steak well done with macaroni and garlic spinach. Shrimp and fries and bread were very good. The steak was well seasoned but a little too charred. Next time I will get med well. I will also try another side. The macaroni was ok. The garlic spinach was ok too. Prices were fair. I will return. It's probably better to call ahead because it took a little while for them to complete my order. Over all it was good and worth the wait.“

“Quality food experience. Sorry the chef was out, but everyone needs a day off. Food was excellently prepared. Don't be afraid of blackened green beans. They r just right. Friendly service, well balanced wine selection and fun draft beer options . The view cannot be beat. Free street parking. A few steps to get in vestibule and take elevator to the Roof. Plenty of space around tables. Highly recommend. Closed Monday.“

“Goldies Express is hit and miss. last night I purchased a regular rib plate with garlic bread, potato salad, red beans and rice. $19.79. the ribs were so tough my husband couldn't eat them. 😩 think I'm about through with this restaurant.“
