“We stayed at a nearby hotel and walked to Sonny’s for dinner. The food was excellent. Everything we ordered was really good. We will definitely eat here again when/if we are in town. BUT, our waiter, Christy, made our evening. She was simply delightful. She was very personable, knew the menu well and made everyone feel at home. She talked to all the customers, not just hers. I can not express how important this is and how it can make or break an evening. We left the restaurant with smiles on our faces and owe that to Christy. So stop in and have a bite to eat and make sure Christy is your waiter!! Thanks Christy for a fabulous evening at Sonny’s! PS. The cole slaw was the best!“

“This is a rather unique convenience store—Big Daddy's BBQ is very good on those rare occasions one wants a Flintstones-sized meal or just a good hot and greasy cheddar sausage dog with warm bun smothered in yellow mustard plus a Blue Bell Chocolate ice cream cup plus a pint of wonderful potato salad to take home like I did yesterday! ♥️“

“Just tried K's for the first time for lunch today. Got the hot honey mustard wings combo and the shrimp. Friendly staff, reasonable prices, and the food was delicious. Unassuming from the outside, but there is some real heart and soul coming out of the kitchen. Highly recommend you don't sleep on this place because you'll be missing out. Forget the chains and support a great local business!!“

“The staff at Bully's made us feel welcomed the moment we walked in the door. This is a down home, your grandma opened a restaurant type spot. The food is fresh and hot and hit the spot just right- I had the fried fish; the rest in my party had the fried chicken. “First time visit and I'm pretty picky about BBQ. This is a pork and chicken place. No beef on the menu. I asked for a recommendation and was quickly suggested the Rib Tips. I ordered the Rib Tip Deluxe plate with Cole slaw as my side and a small tea. Total ticket $18.03, not bad for BBQ these days. It was OUTSTANDING!!!!! Those rib tips are the brisket burnt ends of PORK!!! And serving size was HUGE!!! I could only finish off about half of it. The leftovers will be supper tonight. Only thing I would change is I would ask for the sauce on the side, only because I'm doing Keto and the sauce a little on th sweet side and I'm cutting carbs. Prepare to roll up your sleeves and get sticky. Great people and wonderful service too!!!“
