The service at this location is horrible. The Franchise should definitely engage with the license owner. It is hurting the brand! Wait times are atrocious and customer service skillsets are severely lacking at this restaurant. Recommend the owner conduct unscheduled site visits to obtain awareness of the internal operations hindering service and provide customer service training for all employees- starting with management. I recommend the owner of this popeye’s in Waynesboro pop in for an unexpected visit once in a while & see for her or hisself how filthy, how unhelpful, unfriendly, unprofessional the employees are.
The drink counter is never operational, there is trash everywhere, counters are sticky, no one uses gloves to serve the food. I guarantee those filthy tongs they use are dropped on the floor multiple times a day & still used to serve food. The wait time is ridiculous....read full review
the BLUE SHIRT MANAGERS dnt greet the customers at all the other restaurants greet you time you walk in WELCOME BACK TO POPEYE'S now that's wht you call SERVICE , and bring back the onion rings thank you !!!
