“Food was great, consistent with our usual location (in Canada). Although my husband’s burger was missing the onions & bacon that he paid for - he didn’t realize until he was halfway through eating that they were missing. He wasn’t offered anything to compensate for their mixup. Good food but be sure to check your order is correct.“

She walked me through the entire process and even called me back to confirm the submission. You don’t get this level of customer service anymore these days. Very grateful!“

“The last time I visited pita pit, the cashier was so rude about my food allergy so it’s been about 4 months since I’ve been back. I finally visited again tonight and the new cashier this round was so nice and thorough in making sure I didn’t have any cross contamination. “I was in Montana last week & boy it was hot, I drove by this restaurant, on the bypass ready to hit the highway, and thougth a nice cold icy drink sounds good as I drive back Canada.
there were only 2 staff members working hard, hot, line up in the drive through..and me in the restaurant! the restaurant was clean, & Michelle suggested a Tropicana Lemonade- she was right it was tasty & apologized for the long wait. Im human I get it.. what is better is when you are acknowledged, all was good, so was my cold drink.... Give the girl a raise!“

“Wendy's is always a good spot for a quick bite ❤️ but sometimes they are a little too quick and mess up your order. Which is a bummer once you have sat down and taken a nice big bite only to realize it's the ghost pepper sandwich they gave you when you ordered the original. And when you look up to the counter to go return it there's a line out the door. Bummer but Wendy's is always a classic.“

“Have staff that actually know what they are doing. The amount of screwed up orders was extremely sad. The lack of actual customer service given, was heartbreaking. No one working cared at all. I ordered on the DQ app, was given an approximate time for pick up, got there to find out my order wasn't even done. Was asked multiple times if I was Door Dash, when told that no, it was my personal order, the staff seemed to not care. Pick up time was supposed to be 8:14pm, I didn't leave with my order until 8:30pm. I had to give my name(expected that) give my order number(which isn't supposed to be needed) and most of the order before the member was able to even find my original order. The order was close enough to what was ordered, that my family just dealt with it. The restaurant was dirty, a male member was too busy rubbing his nose to pay attention to what was going on. Multiple people had issues with orders being wrong and none of the staff seemed to care at all. I definitely will be contacting the restaurant and explaining what happened, as this was nothing close to how we had hope our experience would have gone. I am just thankful that my children are flexible enough to be okay with the way their special treats were made.“

“I ordered a double combo meal and my son got a cheeseburger kids meal. The young lady at the register was very friendly and let my son pick the toy he wanted. That was really sweet of her! Then I asked for some fresh fries because I really love them when they're good and fresh. I could tell these had been sitting a while. They said it would be a few minutes. I enjoyed my burger which was hot and fresh minutes after being brought to the table. Then a young gentleman appeared from nowhere with piping hot delicious French fries to my delight! He even delivered some mustard to my table as well. Hats off to both employees. They both deserve a raise. I spent 19 years in restaurants and kitchens. It's not easy. It takes a lot sometimes to keep things going and go the extra mile for a customer. Way to go Wendy's!“

“We were driving through town while on a ride trip. The chicken strips baskets were all fresh and hot . Good service time , serving size,and quality. If you are looking for the dq steak fingers ,I haven’t found any up north of Texas but the chicken was a good substitute for our craving.“

“Best Taco Bell I've been to in Great Falls! We used the app to order ahead, our food was packed and labeled nicely and everything was accounted for, even our freebies! This team was on it, great job! Update: Bring back the other crew that was working so nothing is missing! Same order as last week, chips were spilt in bag, and missing a fork for my daughter's fiesta potatoes and taco salad. Hope there's some stability here, love this location.“

“Coming from to Chicago I’ve been to my fair share of crappy Taco Bell‘s. This one was an exception. I was in the drive-through and they asked me if I wanted to double my beef and cheese, of course I do! I didn’t even know that it was a thing. They don’t offer that in Chicago. I smashed my food in the parking lot like a full-blown savage and then went inside to throw my garbage away. The crew was visibly worried that there was something wrong. No that Taco Bell just slapped! Appreciate the good service.“

“We stopped by on our way through town. We pre-ordered over the phone and that process was a huge pain actually. They kept saying the system was down. We tried ordering online but for some reason it refused to go to any website other than the Canadian website. Anyway, we eventually got it ordered. It was ready and hot when we got there. We tried the NY style pizza and it was actually pretty good for the most part. Although we ordered one to be a BBQ chicken and that wasn't what we got, probably got confused during the whole ordering situation. The kids were hungry though, so I guess no harm no foul. Thanks for the quick dinner.“
