“We always have a good time at JR's. We went there as a group after the funeral of one of our closest friends/ family.. he loved JRs. We used to sit at the bar and watch football, have a few beers. They let us host a fundraiser there a few years back for a coworker. Such great people. Great business. Plus, the bathroom was clean“
“The atmosphere is quiet and low key to where you can have a nice conversation but not feel awkward if you get a little loud. The cocktails were 11 out of 10, the apps were 11 out of 10, the entrees were 10 out of 10 and the service was 12 out of 10! Deffinitely recomend going and a special thank you to our server Quincy! “Open space ambiance lined with booths with early 1900s decor. The beef is fresh and makes a very flavorful burger. I've had a few, and they are tasty. Everything, as far as I can tell, is scratch made, including the rolls. I was a little disappointed with the poutine as the curds did not have any tanginess to them. The fries are cut fresh, and I wish they would pre blanch them to make them crisper.“
“Great place to relax, sip good supplies, and hear music. The only issue I had was with the wait service. My card was run incorrectly and was overcharged by a lot of money. However, after discovering the charge on my account I went and spoke with Aaron, the manager. He did due-diligence and called me later to let me know he'd take care of it! He was so professional and super friendly. In todays world that means a lot!“
