Niseko Ramen Reviews
Eh, this ramen was okay but not great. There really aren't a lot of food options in the area though, so if you're craving ramen/ Asian, Niseko is a decent pick. The noodles were soft and lacked the bounce I want from ramen noodles. The broth was decent but nothing special. If this restaurant were in NYC, I'd skip it. But, it's not so next time I'm back in big sky, I would consider returning. They have a happy hour as well!
Stopped in here for a ramen dinner on a Sunday evening. Quite and nice atmosphere and the wait staff were very helpful with menu and local information. We had an order of spring rolls and the Niseko and Spicy Ramen dishes. All were tasty, hearty, not too spicy, with the right amounts of meat and vegies with plenty leftover for lunch the next day. I thought a little pricy - so no 5 stars - but still solid and would recommend in you have a craving for ramen.
Our group had mixed feelings - we had the Spicy, Chashu, and Niseko ramen. I thought the Niseko was the best, the spicy was fine, the Chashu flavor was a little odd and didn't seem like an authentic ramen broth - had a heavy soy sauce flavor. The karage appetizer was really good. The bao bun sandwiches had good flavor but the pork belly made the buns super moist and soggy so they fell apart. Cocktail was great.
