Superb ambience, food and service. Schafer's has a good environment and the wait staff know the wines by experience, obviously not by reading or word of mouth. Both entrees my wife and I ordered were expertly prepared and served soon after. The dessert was great as well. Overall, a superior dining experience. We will be back.
We celebrated our 41st anniversary earlier this week. Really enjoyed the entire meal. Sea Bass special was very good. Halibut dish was my favorite. Mushroom soup really hit the spot. Baby clams and bread were spot on. Free dessert for Anniversary was very kind. It was excellent. Service from Shannon (I think) was friendly, fast and excellent! View from the well appointed dining room were fantastic. Will definitely be back.

We had a lovely meal and beautiful experience at Schafer’s Restaurant on this past Tuesday evening. The food was delicious, the service was spectacular and the ambiance was great! We were there celebrating my wife’s birthday and everyone had a great experience. Can’t wait to visit in the summer time!Parking: Free parking in front of restaurant.
