Hooligan's Casino in Billings offers a lively atmosphere that blends a sports bar with an Irish pub. The staff is known for being incredibly helpful, friendly, and attentive, enhancing the overall dining experience. Guests have praised the delicious food, including the smash burger no bun, Irish dip, and scotch eggs, as well as cold beer. The venue features a giant screen and multiple TVs, making it a great spot for watching live sporting events. While the casino aspect may not yield big wins, the attentive service and fun, comfortable atmosphere make Hooligan's a recommended destination for both locals and out-of-town visitors.
